SubmitHub lets you pay curators and blogs to listen and maybe support. Some independent blogs on there are real. Many 'playlists' are not a path to anything. Budget a small, targeted amount if you need early writing; do not spend rent trying to manufacture Spotify numbers. Editorial at the DSPs does not take SubmitHub as a signal.
