Neighboring rights
Royalties for the recording and the performers, especially outside the US.
Neighboring rights (related rights) pay performers and recording owners when the recording is broadcast or played in public, particularly in territories with stronger performer rights than the US. SoundExchange is the closest US analogue for digital radio. If you tour or stream internationally, a neighboring-rights collector can be real money. Your PRO does not do this. Ask your distributor whether they collect, and whether you should appoint someone.
