SoundExchange collects for the sound recording when it is played on non-interactive digital radio: Pandora, SiriusXM, webcasters, some other services. That is neighboring-rights-adjacent money in the US statutory world, paid to featured artists and to the sound-recording copyright owner (often 45/5/50 split between featured, union, and owner — know who you are). It is not your PRO. You want both. Register your recordings, keep payee info current, and claim the unclaimed.
